Please note that any overtime will be charged in 30-minute increments.

Outside Food Policy

Outside food and deliveries are welcome. Please avoid soups or liquid-based dishes in the bays. A $5 cleaning fee applies when outside food is consumed.

Deposit Requirement
A $25 deposit will not be charged at the time of booking, but may be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation (within 12 hours). Otherwise, payment is collected at the end of your session. Full payment will be processed in person at reception after your bay session.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to your reserved time to avoid penalties. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the reservation time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Late Arrival Policy
Reserved bays and rooms will be held for 30 minutes past the scheduled start time. After 30 minutes, the reservation will be considered a no-show, automatically canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. We kindly recommend arriving early to allow time for check-in and setup. Tee times begin promptly at the reserved time.

• Open Bay: Maximum of 4 players

• Private Bay: Maximum of 7 players
